Construction to review

Cut or formed lettering and the fixing arrangement are reviewed around the artwork and mounting surface. Construction is confirmed in the project drawings.

Discuss metal choice, thickness, finish, edges and fixing method. Lighting is optional and requires separate review.

Confirm the intended environment

Indoor, ordinary outdoor, high-temperature exposure and tropical outdoor conditions are assessment directions. Share sunlight, rain, humidity, dust and any coastal exposure. Materials, electrical connections and the complete sign must be reviewed for your site.

Indoor / outdoor	Specify intended use; outdoor suitability is assessed individually.
Environment	Describe sun, heat, dust, rain, humidity and coastal exposure.
Quantity	Share a quantity or the project scope.
Destination	Share delivery city, country and any onward destination.
Artwork / layout	Provide vector artwork where available; drawings require written approval.
Delivery requirements	Share a target date; timing and shipping scope follow the quotation.

Protective packing and shipment

Discuss face protection, grouping and handling for the delivery route. Packing details, freight scope, import costs and risk transfer are agreed in the quotation and order terms.

Installation support

Ask about available mounting drawings and wiring information. Local teams confirm measurements, wall and structural conditions, fixings, electrical work and approvals. Document availability and responsibilities follow the order.
