01What information should I send for a quotation?
Share your artwork or reference image, approximate size, quantity, destination and installation conditions. Incomplete briefs are welcome: tell us what is known and what still needs review.
02Can you use JPG or PNG artwork?
A JPG or PNG can start the discussion. Vector artwork is preferred for production drawings. Any redraw, lettering and final proportions require written confirmation.
03Can you work with Arabic artwork?
Provide the approved Arabic vector artwork if available. Letter shapes, connections and layout are reviewed with you; Arabic text is not automatically changed or translated.
04How are sizes, colors and samples confirmed?
Dimensions, colors, finishes and any sample arrangements are agreed in the quotation and approved drawings before production.
05Can signs be used outdoors in hot or tropical conditions?
Suitability depends on the actual installation. Share direct sun, heat, dust, rain, humidity and coastal exposure so materials, lighting, drainage and connections can be reviewed. Component ratings do not establish the performance of the complete sign.
06Who handles on-site installation?
China-side supply can include design development, custom production, quality review and packing as agreed. Local teams confirm measurements, wall and structural conditions, fixings, electrical connections, permits and site service. The order defines the responsibility of each party.
07How are packing and shipping arranged?
Packing, delivery destination, onward transport and shipping scope are reviewed for the order. Freight, import costs and risk transfer follow the written quotation and agreed trade terms.
08What technical documents can be prepared?
Discuss approved drawings, specifications, packing lists and installation or wiring information. Availability and detail depend on the product and order; ask about your importer’s document needs before confirming.
09When does production begin?
Production starts after written approval of the drawings and order terms. Approval does not remove the supplier’s responsibility for design errors or manufacturing defects.
10How are payment, delivery and warranty agreed?
Payment arrangements, production timing, delivery requirements, warranty coverage and after-sales support are confirmed in the quotation and order terms. Share your target date for review.
11Can you discuss options for a project budget?
Yes. Share an optional budget range with your size, quantity and intended application. Material, lighting and packing options can be compared without assuming a fixed specification tier.
12How does the inquiry form work?
It prepares email text on your device. Review it, copy or download it, then send it from your email account. Nothing is submitted until you send the email. Attach artwork manually in your email app.
