Review specifications and quotation
Review materials, lighting, mounting conditions, packing and delivery requirements. Ask for options when the specification or budget is still open.

Approve drawings and order terms
Confirm the drawing version, layout, colors, dimensions, payment terms and proposed schedule in writing before production.

Production and inspection
Production follows the confirmed documents. Inspection scope and any photos or records are agreed for the order; no fixed test duration is assumed.

Packing and shipment
Confirm packing, delivery destination, logistics scope and payment conditions. Freight, import duties and risk transfer follow agreed trade terms.

Installation guidance and after-sales support
Discuss available remote installation or wiring information. Local teams handle site measurements, installation, electrical work, approvals and site service as defined in the order.
Confirm in writing before production
Production starts after written approval of the drawings and order terms. Supplier responsibility for design errors and manufacturing defects remains subject to those terms. Shipping scope, freight, import costs and risk transfer follow the quotation and agreed trade terms.
