What is inside every letter
Four layers, each specified in your English shop drawing before production.
Layer 1 · Face
Stainless steel or acrylic face
Solid stainless face for halo-lit letters, or a high-transmission acrylic face inside a stainless rim for rim-lit letters.
Layer 2 · Return
Laser-cut, laser-welded returns
Stainless steel returns cut and welded for clean seams, then brushed, mirror-polished or electroplated.
Layer 3 · Light source
IP65/IP67-rated LED modules
Low-voltage DC 12V modules laid out per letter in the shop drawing. The rating applies to the LED modules, not the complete sign.
Layer 4 · Backplate & mounting
Acrylic back panel and studs
A frosted acrylic back panel diffuses light toward the wall; threaded studs with standoff spacers set the halo distance.

04 · Tropical & Weather Adaptation
Built for Southeast Asian heat, rain and salt air
Tell us the installation exposure (coastal, direct sun, typhoon rain) so materials and drainage are specified for your site.
Salt-air corrosion
201 stainless steel is offered for indoor use; 304 stainless steel is specified for outdoor and coastal installations.
Typhoon rain
Outdoor letters are fitted with concealed weep holes at the base so rainwater and condensation can drain.
Tropical UV
Virgin acrylic panels are used instead of recycled sheet to reduce yellowing under strong sun.

01Should I choose 201 or 304 stainless steel?
Use 201 stainless steel for indoor installations. For outdoor storefronts and coastal cities, specify 304 stainless steel, which offers better resistance to salt-air corrosion.
02How far from the wall are halo-lit letters mounted?
Standoff pins hold the letters off the wall so the light can spread into a halo. The spacing is set in your shop drawing; a light, matte wall shows the halo best.
03What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Send your logo or layout (AI, CDR or PDF vector files are best; JPG or PNG is fine to start), the approximate size, quantity and installation city. We aim to return an English shop drawing and quotation within 24h of receiving complete artwork.
04Are the signs and power supplies certified?
Sign bodies run on low-voltage DC 12V. CE/RoHS/UL certified AC-DC LED drivers (e.g., MeanWell) are available upon request and are packed separately. Certification applies to those drivers, not to the complete custom sign; your local installer confirms site-specific electrical requirements.
05How long does production take?
Production is estimated at 5–8 Working Days after you approve the shop drawing and order terms. The confirmed schedule and shipping method are stated in your written quotation.
06Who installs the letters?
Installation is handled by your local team. Every order ships with a 1:1 mounting paper template, mounting hardware and an English wiring diagram so installers can position and wire letters quickly.
