Four layers, each specified in your English shop drawing before production.
Layer 1 · Face
Solid virgin acrylic face
An 18–20mm virgin polymer acrylic block, CNC-carved to the letter outline; the face is lit or masked to the design.
Layer 2 · Return
Light-blocking painted sides
Multi-layer light-blocking paint on the sides keeps the glow on the face and back, in brand or metallic colors.
Layer 3 · Light source
Compact LED modules in a carved cavity
Miniature low-voltage DC 12V modules sit inside a CNC-hollowed cavity for even light across small strokes.
Layer 4 · Backplate & mounting
Acrylic back panel and studs
A diffusing acrylic back panel creates the rear glow; threaded studs fix letters to mall fascia or partition walls.

Built for Southeast Asian heat, rain and salt air
Tell us the installation exposure (coastal, direct sun, typhoon rain) so materials and drainage are specified for your site.
Indoor product
Designed for air-conditioned malls and interiors. For exposed or coastal facades, choose stainless steel or trimless aluminum letters.
Humidity
Sealed acrylic bodies and low-voltage wiring suit humid indoor environments; outdoor exposure is not recommended.
Long-term clarity
Virgin acrylic is used instead of recycled sheet to reduce yellowing near shopfront glazing.

01Can acrylic mini channel letters be installed outdoors?
They are designed for indoor malls, counters and feature walls. For exposed or coastal facades, choose stainless steel or trimless aluminum channel letters.
02Can mini letters ship by air express?
Yes. They are small and lightweight, which makes international air express practical for most orders. Transit time and cost are confirmed in your quotation.
03What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Send your logo or layout (AI, CDR or PDF vector files are best; JPG or PNG is fine to start), the approximate size, quantity and installation city. We aim to return an English shop drawing and quotation within 24h of receiving complete artwork.
04Are the signs and power supplies certified?
Sign bodies run on low-voltage DC 12V. CE/RoHS/UL certified AC-DC LED drivers (e.g., MeanWell) are available upon request and are packed separately. Certification applies to those drivers, not to the complete custom sign; your local installer confirms site-specific electrical requirements.
05How long does production take?
Production is estimated at 5–8 Working Days after you approve the shop drawing and order terms. The confirmed schedule and shipping method are stated in your written quotation.
06Who installs the letters?
Installation is handled by your local team. Every order ships with a 1:1 mounting paper template, mounting hardware and an English wiring diagram so installers can position and wire letters quickly.
