Silicone edge graphic (SEG)
UV-printed backlit fabric with a silicone strip sewn to the edge, pressed into the frame channel for a tensioned, frameless look.
Layer 2 · Return
Extruded aluminum profiles
4 / 6 / 8cm single-sided or 10 / 12cm double-sided profiles, pre-cut at 45° for mitred corners.
Layer 3 · Light source
Backlit LED strips
Low-voltage DC 12V LED strips or light bars spread light evenly behind the fabric.
Layer 4 · Backplate & mounting
Corner connectors and fixings
L-shaped corner connectors join the profiles; wall brackets, hanging cables or floor feet depending on the model.

01How much shipping volume does the flat-pack design save?
Shipping knock-down profiles instead of an assembled frame saves up to 75% in shipping volume, because freight for assembled light boxes is charged on mostly empty crate space.
02How is a knock-down SEG light box assembled?
The aluminum profiles are pre-cut at 45° and join with L-corner connectors. Fit the LED strips, then press the silicone-edge fabric graphic into the frame channel. An English assembly diagram is included.
03Can I order replacement graphics later?
Yes. Replacement UV-printed silicone edge graphics are ordered separately and can be folded or rolled for courier shipping, so you can change campaigns without replacing the frame.
04What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Send your logo or layout (AI, CDR or PDF vector files are best; JPG or PNG is fine to start), the approximate size, quantity and installation city. We aim to return an English shop drawing and quotation within 24h of receiving complete artwork.
05Are the signs and power supplies certified?
Light boxes run on low-voltage DC 12V. CE/RoHS/UL certified AC-DC LED drivers (e.g., MeanWell) are available upon request and are packed separately. Certification applies to those drivers, not to the complete custom sign; your local installer confirms site-specific electrical requirements.
06How long does production take?
Production is estimated at 5–8 Working Days after you approve the shop drawing and order terms. The confirmed schedule and shipping method are stated in your written quotation.
